Role: We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised, creative woman with the skills and abilities to lead, and the compassion and understanding to nurture and manage this service through a period of change. You will have a ‘can-do’ approach and feel passionately about ending all forms of sexual violence. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining the service in line with Rape Crisis Scotland and the National Service Standards. You will develop policies and procedures and embed good practices within the organisation and be able to implement a sustainable fundraising strategy. Working closely with a Board of Trustees you will strategically develop RAS, placing this vital service at the fore front of exceptional levels of support for people who have experienced some form of sexual violence.
