DESCRIPTION

The Counseling Manager is responsible to assist A Woman's Place in achieving it's mission by providing oversight, supervision and direction to all Counseling Program staff, both paid and unpaid, and the services offered through this program. Further, the Counseling Manager will assist AWP in providing quality services to ensure that victims of domestic violence are safe and can flourish. Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master's degree preferred. Five years related work experience. Bilingual background preferred. EOE

11. Deals with difficult situations with maintaining quality of services.
12. Provide assistance with the quarterly BIS Monitoring.
