Posted by: Womanity

The Womanity Foundation is looking for a project manager to coordinate Womanity’s support to Award winners 2014, as well as prepare and run the future editions of the Award.

PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Womanity Award addresses violence against women by identifying innovative ways to reduce such violence, and by increasing their impact through their replication in other contexts. Hence, the Womanity Foundation strategically partners with an organization that has developed a program that effectively reduces violence against women, called the “Innovation Partner”, and then supports its local adaptation, implementation and expansion through an organisation acting as a “Scale-Up Partner”. The Womanity Award serves as the platform to identify innovative solutions and “Innovation Partners” and “Scale-Up Partners” interested and capable of replicating the model; and to coordinate partners willing to support the process with their expertise, professional contributions and funding.
