Rosa is recruiting a new Executive Director

Rosa is seeking to appoint an Executive Director who is passionate about women’s and girls’ rights and can support our next stage of growth – broadening our funding base and further developing our areas of expertise, to drive the most meaningful impact for women and girls in the UK.
This exciting and pivotal role, based in London, will require a minimum of 4 days per week, and includes line management of 3 part-time members of staff and the use of freelance personnel and volunteers. It is a great opportunity for someone with ambition, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude who has senior management experience in a national voluntary organisation, and a track record of delivering strategic targets.
